WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

Intimate multi-course dinner parties for 2 or more people, elegant buffet parties for up to 40 people and cocktail parties for up to 50 or more.  Dinner parties normally consist of an upscale 4 course menu, buffet parties consist of large platters of multiple courses, and cocktail parties normally consist of a combination of hot and cold appetizers and finger foods.

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

The pricing is per-person based. It starts with a romantic dinner for 2 or 4 and goes up to as many as your dining room can hold and also takes into account any special ingredients or dietary requirements.

WHAT DO WE NEED TO PROVIDE?

We will use your plates, glasses, silverware, napkins, etc. On the day of the dinner please make sure that the counters are clear, and that the sink & dishwasher are empty. Most of the times we hand-wash everything and leave on the counter. For smaller dinner parties the dishwasher is loaded.

WHAT DO YOU BRING?

Chef Mica will bring all of the food and whatever equipment necessary. In some cases, Chef Mica will bring elegant, disposable flatware, silverware, napkins etc for larger cocktail parties or outdoor events when contracted and agreed to ahead of time.

HOW DOES THE MENU WORK?

Clients fill out preliminary questionnaire.  From this form we find out if anyone has any food allergies and/or special dietary needs, ingredients that they like/dislike, and finally the intake form give me an idea of the kitchen I will be using. Once I know what they like & dislike, I then customize a menu to choose from with several choices for each course. Every dinner has a custom menu that you go over with Chef Mica prior to the day of your dinner.

DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN, VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?

Absolutely!  Chef Mica has lots of experience creating vegetarian and vegan friendly menus.

WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I HAVE READY FOR OUR INITIAL CONSULTATION?

Please have basic info ready such as the date of your event, occasion, number of guests, type of menu desired (such as a basic 4 course menu or an elegant, upscale menu) and a desired budget.  Typically a basic menu can start at $75-$100 per person and $150-$175 per person for an upscale, 4 course plated menu.
